About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team at CityWest Cable and Telephone Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing small-medium sized businesses in our service areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Account Management: Identify and target new small and medium-sized business sales opportunities that close quickly for the highest revenue.
- Client Relationships: Collaborate with customer contacts to define needs and provide solutions.
- Brand Promotion: Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and identity within the serving communities.
- Contract Renewals: Pursue contract renewals.
- Client Assessment: Analyze and assess client results to ensure needs are being met.
- Product Awareness: Promote awareness of new products and services to accounts.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Post-Secondary Education: Post-secondary education with a concentration in business, marketing or technology or equivalent work experience.
- Direct-Selling Experience: 1+ years of direct-selling experience.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to make sales deals with potential customers.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners and other stakeholders.
- Proposal Development: Experience assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Experience selling multiple product/service lines.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
