About Wimpy's Diner

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage our restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train our staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards for quality and cleanliness.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and that our staff are trained to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
