Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Operations Management: Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget and customer preferences.
  • Staff Management: Monitor and improve staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, supervise staff, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and ensure that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Suppliers: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we get the best quality and prices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 33 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
