Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of service and quality.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations and that our staff are trained to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
