About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Royal Paan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and ensure that we are operating within our means.

Operations Management

Evaluate and plan daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain negotiations.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including setting work schedules and conducting performance reviews.

Customer Service

Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing and Events

Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and manage events and promotions to drive sales and revenue.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

Experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role is an asset.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

Willingness to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
