About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Johnny Greeko's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage the restaurant's operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff scheduling.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position, 35 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.
