CHAWLAS INDIAN BISTRO AND PARTY HALL is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability, evaluate daily operations, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the high standards of our restaurant, monitor staff performance, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and ensure that our restaurant is stocked with the necessary supplies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, and that our staff is aware of and follows these regulations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 33 to 40 hours per week.
