Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management
Analyze and manage our restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
Staff SupervisionSupervise and train our staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards.
Inventory ManagementOversee the management of our inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we are running efficiently and effectively.
Customer ServiceEnsure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Event ManagementPlan and execute events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations and that our staff are trained to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
CertificationsSafe Food Handling certificate.
Work EnvironmentOur restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding work environment. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
