Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. A combination of sitting, standing, and walking is expected.
