We are seeking a highly skilled Premium Services Supervisor to join our team at Legends. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our premium services department.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations in the premium services department, including restaurants, clubs, and in-seat service
* Motivate staff by creating and implementing service incentives
* Oversee labor utilization and ensure accurate consumption and inventory recording
* Complete sales, inventory audits, and recounts as necessary
* Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures
* Provide excellent guest service and resolve conflicts effectively
* Collaborate with the management team to generate new ideas for food, service, and structure

Requirements

* Smart Serve certification
* Proven experience in guest service management
* Conflict resolution and cash handling skills
* Ability to work quickly under pressure and think creatively
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Team player with a positive attitude

Working Conditions

* On-site location
* Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands to handle controls
* Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
* Ability to stand, walk, and stoop as needed
