The Role
The Premium Services Supervisor is responsible for managing an assigned level of the Stadium during live events, ensuring consistent and excellent guest service. Key responsibilities include:
- Motivating staff through service/sales incentives
- Overseeing daily operations in the Premium Services Department
- Maximizing labor utilization
- Ensuring accurate consumption and inventory recording
- Completing sales, inventory audits, and recounts as necessary
- Ensuring staff adherence to company policies and procedures
- Providing responsible alcohol service
- Assisting with office administration duties as required
- Aiding guests with questions, comments, and concerns
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- Smart Serve Certification
- Management experience in guest service
- Conflict resolution skills
- Cash handling experience
- Team player mentality
- Ability to work quickly under pressure
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Creativity
- Understanding of safe food handling policies and standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Working Conditions
This role is based on-site, requiring the ability to stand, walk, and stoop. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
