The Role

The Premium Services Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for managing the delivery of premium services to our clients. This includes overseeing the operations of our premium services department, managing staff, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the premium services department, including restaurants, clubs, and in-seat service.
  • Oversee the management of staff, including training, development, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all staff are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of premium services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our premium services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Management experience in a guest service environment.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work quickly under pressure.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Understanding of safe food handling policies and standards.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands to finger and handle controls. The employee may be required to stand, walk, and stoop. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
