At Carfair Composites, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will provide administrative support and guidance in the areas of attendance tracking, policy, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception coverage and daily attendance tracking
- Coordinate and administer leaves of absences and other approved leaves
- Maintain company bulletin boards and ensure compliance with Federal, Provincial, and local posting requirements
- Assist with scheduling interviews, reference checks, and other recruitment activities
- Maintain employee files and perform related correspondence
- Assist with onboarding in Neogov and Personality
- Compile and prepare new hire packages
- Assist in the administration and coordination of occupational and non-occupational illness and injury with providers
- Compile, track, and report data as required
- Coordinate the ordering of office and lunchroom supplies
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to set priorities and organize workloads
- Ability to function within a manufacturing environment
