  • Assist with scheduling interviews, reference checks, and other recruitment activities
  • Maintain employee files and perform related correspondence
  • Assist with onboarding in Neogov and Personality
  • Compile and prepare new hire packages
  • Assist in the administration and coordination of occupational and non-occupational illness and injury with providers
  • Compile, track, and report data as required
  • Coordinate the ordering of office and lunchroom supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to set priorities and organize workloads
  • Ability to function within a manufacturing environment
