Area Manager

As an Area Manager - Healthcare Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home healthcare business, including respiratory and sleep apnea services.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure that all operations in your area are conducted in full compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Area Operations Management: Implement, schedule, prioritize, and maintain area operations to meet contractual obligations and deliver business results.
- Inventory Management: Ensure that assets used in home healthcare operations are maintained according to internal procedures and traced properly. Manage and maintain area inventory at a minimum level following internal procedures.
- Staff Management: Set delegation of responsibility, task direction, performance objectives, and appraisals for direct staff. Ensure that staff and contractors are properly trained and qualified and re-qualified as required.
- Quality Control: Perform the role of quality control designate or alternate and complete tasks related to GMP for the handling of medical gases, such as the review and sign off of quality records.
- Education: College Certificate or Diploma in a Technical/ Engineering or Medical Sciences field recommended and/or post-secondary business or Managerial education.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience with supervision of employees in a business or clinical setting.
- Skills: Strong people management and leadership skills, knowledge of MS Office and Google applications, and a valid Driver's License.
