About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Custom Brands Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the window treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets for Custom Brands Group products, programs, and services across assigned customer channels.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes and achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting: Submit timely and accurate sales reports, work plans, and expense reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of outside sales, field sales, or business development experience in the consumer goods industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent customer interface and presentation skills, strong organizational and follow-up skills, ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
  • Travel: 70% travel requirement, including overnight travel, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
