VitalAire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of our Home Healthcare business in the Kelowna, British Columbia area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of medical gases and services to our institutional customers, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all operations in the area are conducted in compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and safety requirements.
- Implement, schedule, and prioritize area operations to meet contractual obligations and deliver business results.
- Manage and maintain area inventory, assets, and quality records, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Supervise and train direct staff, setting performance objectives and conducting appraisals.
- Act as a Quality Control Designate, reporting and managing customer complaints and quarantining non-conforming products.
- College certificate or diploma in a technical/engineering or medical sciences field, or post-secondary business or managerial education.
- 5-8 years of experience in supervision of employees in a business or clinical setting.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google applications.
- Valid driver's license.
