About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Client Onboarding team as a Senior KYC Delivery Lead. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of technology strategy and solution delivery, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology strategies and solutions to support Client Onboarding, with a focus on regulatory, audit, and stabilization requirements.
  • Lead a team of business analysts, testers, and subject matter experts to deliver business and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate end-to-end implementation, integration, testing, release management, and post-production issue management.
  • Investigate and identify strategies to automate and optimize business processes to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.
  • Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Recommend business priorities, advise on resource requirements, and develop roadmaps for strategic execution.
  • Lead change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment of initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate IT strategies that align with business needs and goals.
  • Assess project impact, benefits, and risks when scope changes.
  • Communicate and engage with stakeholders during construction and delivery of solutions.
  • Assess the quality of supporting documentation to ensure proper analysis supports recommendations or demonstrates continued alignment to strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Typically 10+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of software development practices, concepts/methodologies (i.e. waterfall, Agile, iterative), and technologies obtained through formal training and/or work experience.
  • Experience with end-to-end delivery of KYC tech changes focused on regulatory/audit/stabilization/strategic requirements, system integration changes, testing, release management, and production issue management/fixes.
  • Experience coordinating all Tech (CM & Enterprise) and business teams involved to facilitate end-to-end implementation, integration, manual/automated testing, releases, and post-production issue management.
  • Experience identifying strategies to automate and optimize business processes to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to build exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We Offer

BMO Financial Group offers a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $171,600, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
