About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Technology Strategist, responsible for delivering and supporting the technology strategy and solution for the critical Know Your Customer (KYC) function. This role is part of our Client Onboarding process and requires a strong understanding of regulatory, audit, and stabilization requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end delivery of KYC tech changes, including system integration changes, testing, release management, and production issue management.
  • Coordinating with all technical and business teams to facilitate implementation, integration, manual and automated testing, releases, and post-production issue management.
  • Investigating and identifying strategies to automate and optimize business processes to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Leading the development of IT strategy by understanding business processes, policies, information, and information systems.
  • Defining business requirements for analytics and reporting to ensure data insights inform business decision-making.
  • Leading change management programs, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment of initiatives.
  • Developing and communicating the communication strategy to positively influence or change behavior.
  • Presenting and communicating at all levels within IT and across businesses/groups.
  • Completing root-cause analysis to determine underlying causes and participating in problem resolution for complex issues.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen the IT consulting capability.
  • Building exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Typically 10+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of software development practices, concepts/methodologies, and technologies obtained through formal training and/or work experience.
  • Experience with end-to-end delivery of KYC tech changes, system integration changes, testing, release management, and production issue management.
  • Experience coordinating technical and business teams to facilitate implementation, integration, manual and automated testing, releases, and post-production issue management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
