HomeLife/Cimerman Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in residential resale, commercial properties, and preconstruction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales agents, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents to expand our team and enhance our brokerage's capabilities.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure agents are knowledgeable, skilled, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in residential resale, commercial properties, and preconstruction projects.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales agents, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with RECO regulations and industry standards.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
- Project Management: Act as a project manager for various sales initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution of projects.
- Valid Broker License: Must hold a valid broker license and be in good standing with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading and growing a sales team, preferably within a real estate brokerage.
- Recruitment and Training Skills: Strong recruitment and training skills, with a passion for developing and mentoring agents.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and Time-Management Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of residential resale, commercial properties, and preconstruction projects.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Professionalism and Integrity: A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical practices.
- Availability: Ability to work on-site at our office Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive salary within the range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
