About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Sales Talent Agency. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 7 sales representatives and continue to scale the team by hiring additional members (3-5 in the next 12-18 months)
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of the current go-to-market strategy to ensure the sales team is maximizing their efforts
  • Market Analysis: Identify opportunities and develop strategies to effectively capture the Total Addressable Market (TAM) across Canada
  • Process Improvement: Provide guidance to direct reports on best sales practices and solidify processes to increase efficiency
  • System Recommendations: Provide recommendations on internal systems and processes to create efficiencies
About You
  • Location: Located in the Greater Toronto Area (in-office minimum 3 times per week)
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience and 12+ years of experience selling directly to brands
  • Network: Established network in the sales and marketing industry
  • Industry Expertise: Radio and/or digital media advertising sales experience
  • Leadership Skills: Experience leading a team and developing/implementing effective sales processes
