We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Sales Talent Agency. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 7 sales representatives and continue to scale the team by hiring additional members (3-5 in the next 12-18 months)
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of the current go-to-market strategy to ensure the sales team is maximizing their efforts
- Market Analysis: Identify opportunities and develop strategies to effectively capture the Total Addressable Market (TAM) across Canada
- Process Improvement: Provide guidance to direct reports on best sales practices and solidify processes to increase efficiency
- System Recommendations: Provide recommendations on internal systems and processes to create efficiencies
- Location: Located in the Greater Toronto Area (in-office minimum 3 times per week)
- Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience and 12+ years of experience selling directly to brands
- Network: Established network in the sales and marketing industry
- Industry Expertise: Radio and/or digital media advertising sales experience
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading a team and developing/implementing effective sales processes
- Company Culture: Join a company in continued growth mode with a solid product offering
- Leadership Opportunities: Have a seat at the leadership table and influence positive change
- Personal and Professional Growth: Strong environment for continued personal and professional growth (potential to lead into a General Manager role)
- Compensation: $200k base salary + bonus + car allowance + 4 weeks vacation + stock purchase plan + pension plan
