About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that stockroom is organized and maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
