We are a leading sales talent agency that specializes in connecting top sales professionals with innovative companies. Our client is a fast-growing media and technology company that provides brands with the ability to connect with their consumers at the right moment.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Director to help our client continue to capitalize on the increased revenue opportunities in the market. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and contributing to the development of the company's go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 7 sales representatives and continue to scale the team (an additional 3-5 in the next 12-18 months)
  • Contribute to the development of the company's go-to-market strategy to ensure the team is maximizing efforts
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to effectively capture the total addressable market (TAM) across Canada
  • Provide guidance to direct reports on best sales practices and solidify processes
  • Recommend internal systems and processes to create efficiencies

About You

We are looking for a sales leader with 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and 12+ years of experience selling directly to brands. You should have an established network in the sales industry and experience leading a team and developing effective sales processes. Additionally, you should have experience in radio and/or digital media advertising sales.

Compensation

The compensation package includes a $200k base salary, bonus, car allowance, 4 weeks of vacation, stock purchase plan, and pension plan.
