Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will play a critical role in embodying the identity and values of our company while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide personalized and comprehensive insights into our services and products, ensuring a polished and seamless experience for our clients.
- Communication: Exhibit exceptional communication skills while responding to customer inquiries, accurately providing information about products and services.
- Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints with empathy and effectively resolve issues by focusing on finding solutions to their concerns.
- Account Management: Take part in the entire sales process from start to finish, overseeing order status and ensuring timely delivery and installation of products/services according to company policies.
- Customer Retention: Efficiently handle all cancellation requests and billing inquiries to retain customers.
- Process Improvement: Strive for utmost customer satisfaction by taking proactive steps to improve customer service processes.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in daily and weekly team meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest product and service updates and promotions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles is highly valued.
- Education: A diploma or degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, or Sales.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills and attention to detail, proficiency in problem analysis and problem-solving, and ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must have availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week.
- Background Check: A background check will be conducted upon completion of the hiring process.
