The Role of the Client Service Representative

As a Client Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, resolve challenges with creativity and efficiency, and contribute to the continuous growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initial Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and inquiries.
  2. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers through various channels in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Product and Service Information: Provide accurate information to clients about our products, services, and available promotions.
  4. Customer Engagement: Leverage your customer service and problem-solving skills to strengthen customer engagement, handle escalations, and maximize customer experience.
  5. Needs Assessment: Identify customers' needs and provide customized product and service solutions by navigating through our point-of-sale system.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and orders.

Requirements:

  1. Customer Service Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a customer service/communications environment preferred.
  2. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Interpersonal and Organizational Abilities: Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  4. Bilingualism: Being bilingual in English and French is a great advantage.
  5. Customer-Centric Mindset: Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
  6. Negotiation Skills: Proficient negotiation skills to navigate challenging situations with internal and external stakeholders.
