We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding service experiences through completing transactions, identifying sales and referral opportunities, and leveraging technology to drive solutions.
  • Contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice, introduce clients to RBC partners, or personally fulfill client solutions.
  • Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.
