Description

Motel Metro is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide customer service
  • Record and relay information
  • Provide emergency services
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public
  • Obtain and process information required to provide customer service
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Operate switchboard or telephone system
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependability and efficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
