Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Nouvelle Génération pour l'Entrepreneuriat et le Développement Durable. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage our front desk operations, and support our staff in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Directing Clients: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide basic information about our organization.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to clients and the public.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, answer calls, and relay messages.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, and maintaining work records and logs.
- Data Entry: Enter data into our database software and other systems.
Requirements:
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an asset.
- Language Skills: Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
