Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Operations
  • Greets clients and directs them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Provides basic information to clients and the public.
  • Obtains and processes information required to provide customer service.
Administrative Tasks
  • Operates the switchboard or telephone system.
  • Orders office supplies.
  • Records and relays information.
  • Schedules and confirms appointments.
  • Sends invoices and receives payments.
  • Performs clerical duties, such as filing and sorting mail.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experienced in electronic mail and spreadsheet software.
Physical and Personal Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Requires efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
