We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Baloch Carrier Services Limited.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an administrative role and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents with attention to detail
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, providing accurate information to clients and the public
  • Organize and schedule office work, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Maintain inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in an administrative role
  • Language: English
  • Hours of Work: 30-35 hours per week
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
