Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Winston's Health Fitness Ctr.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity that requires a high level of proficiency in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information as needed.
- Scheduling and Administration: Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Correspondence and Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, perform data entry tasks, and ensure confidentiality.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with clients, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and detect errors.
The salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.
