About the Role:

Care24 Homecare & Support Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide medication reminders and administration
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Support with mobility and transfers
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
