As a key member of our HR division, you will be responsible for managing the utilization and optimization of our human resource information systems, providing leadership and guidance on systems and data-stewardship issues, and implementing HR business solutions and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Stewardship of data to support business decision making and drive operational excellence
- Designing and developing the strategic HR analytics environment and delivering meaningful analytics to support leaders across the organization
- Providing HR supported technology to the Sask Polytech community to support and enhance the operations of the organization
- Leading a client service standards model to ensure the provision of timely, effective and consistent client service to clients
- Collaborating on the development and implementation of progressive human resources policies and programs
- Managing HR operating and reporting budget areas
- A relevant post-secondary degree combined with additional training in human resources and a minimum of five years of HR analytics related experience
- Experience leading a team and demonstrated knowledge of progressive human resources practices/processes
- Exposure to a variety of HRIS platforms and reporting/statistical analysis tools and experience with data collection (qualitative and quantitative)
