About the Role

Atrium Boutique is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create new recipes and menus that are both delicious and visually appealing, while taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and mentor our team of chefs and cooks, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff scheduling.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and served safely, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Hold a valid Food Safety Certificate and any other relevant certifications.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of chefs and cooks.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
