Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Nai Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative menus that showcase the flavors and techniques of Mediterranean cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to food safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to food service.
