Job Summary:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement menus that meet the company's quality and pricing standards
- • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties
- • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we always have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet demand
- • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions
Requirements:
- • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
- • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
- • Strong leadership and communication skills
- • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts preferred
Salary:
$65,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience.
