Job Title: Project Manager 2

Iron Systems is a leading provider of custom-built computing infrastructure platforms, offering innovative solutions for customers worldwide. With over 15 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for our customers, providing holistic design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and global support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the project, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and monitoring, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scope, requirements, benefits, issues, risks, and communications.
  • Act as the single point of contact and escalation for the project.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project communications plans, including regular team status updates and communication with stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute People Change Management initiatives to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager II, managing medium to large-size projects.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in financial reporting for medium to large-size projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and cost control.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience managing and holding third-party vendors accountable.
  • Proven experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects or one larger complex project, including project performance management, requirements, solution design, development, and testing.
  • Previous experience and thorough knowledge in Agile and Agile/Hybrid methodology.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of IT and/or telecom experience preferred (wireline, wireless, converged).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Institute-Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification.
  • Certified in People Change Management (e.g. Prosci).
  • Any additional applicable certification(s) not listed above but significant to the Project Manager II role.
