Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects and ensure their timely completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines and ensure successful project delivery
- Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to understand project requirements and ensure compliance
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions to ensure project success
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of contractors and staff
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings, and to communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work at various locations, including commercial and industrial construction sites, and to travel as needed
- Work outdoors and in interior settings, with a focus on ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all team members
- Work with a team of contractors, staff, and working groups to achieve project goals and objectives
