About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Iron Systems. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost control
  • Develop and implement project quality assurance and control processes
Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Hybrid
  • Experience with project management tools and software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Agile and Scrum certifications
  • Experience in the IT and telecom industries
