About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager 3 to join our team at Iron Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing large, complex projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, including planning, execution, control, and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope statements.
  • Ensure adherence to project budget and manage cost reporting.
  • Develop and implement project communications plans and facilitate regular team status updates.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project teams and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager III.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting for medium to large size projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and holding third-party vendors accountable.
  • Proven experience in managing and prioritizing large, multiple complex projects.
  • Previous experience and thorough knowledge in Agile and Agile/Hybrid methodology.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT and/or telecom experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Institute-Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification.
  • Certified in People Change Management (e.g. Prosci).
  • Any additional applicable certification(s) not listed above but are significant to the Project Manager II role.
