Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Panoramic Services Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities- Policy and Procedure Development
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Meeting and Event SupportPrepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other supporting documents as required.
Office AdministrationEstablish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient use of resources.
Scheduling and CoordinationSchedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
Communication and Customer ServiceRespond to employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting and Data AnalysisCompile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
Inventory ManagementOrder and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
Information ManagementSet up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
Operational OversightPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
