Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at Rapidcrete Construction Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Enhance Administrative Procedures: Develop and introduce new administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate Procedures: Regularly assess and refine administrative practices to ensure effectiveness.
  • Administrative Activities: Manage and execute various administrative tasks within the organization.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in creating the operating budget while maintaining strict inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Management: Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all office administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
