- Budget Preparation: Assist in creating the operating budget while maintaining strict inventory and budgetary controls.
- Data Management: Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Office Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all office administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
