Business Development and Service Manager

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Business Development and Service Manager to join the Flynn Group of Companies in Ottawa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and building our Roofing Service business.
About UsFlynn Group of Companies is a leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building's outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals. We pride ourselves on having the right people on our team, which is the foundation of our award-winning success.
Responsibilities- Help grow and build our Roofing Service business by working with National and Local teams to develop strategies and implement plans.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and communicate Flynn Service opportunities to them.
- Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Attend association, industry, and networking events to promote Flynn's brand and services.
- Plan and attend client meetings in various locations based on their interests.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and excellent time management are essential for this role.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business.
- Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role, such as MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad.
