About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Delivery Coordinator to join our team at CAE Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training events, ensuring seamless delivery of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Develop and maintain accurate schedules for training events, instructors, and resources.
    • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and training managers to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Ensure all training events comply with relevant regulations, including custom training programs approved by civil aviation authorities.
    • Verify instructor qualifications and authorizations to ensure compliance with CAE policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Conflict Resolution and Client-Facing Duties
    • Resolve scheduling and instructor qualification conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel welcome and supported throughout their training experience.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field, such as aviation scheduling, logistics, or operations.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience in aviation scheduling, fleet planning, or logistics.
    • Previous experience in an aviation-related field, such as training, sales, operations, or regulatory.
  • Language Skills
    • Bilingual French and English.
