About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Delivery Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient delivery functions, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of meal kits to customers.
  • Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve any delivery issues or concerns.
  • Monitor delivery efficiency and make adjustments as needed to meet KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance delivery operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • College or university degree (preferred) or high school diploma and equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve delivery issues and improve operations.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly spreadsheets, and Slack.
  • Ability to work a consistent schedule, including weekends and holidays.
