Key Responsibilities:

The Global Learning Solutions Team is seeking an International Training Coordinator. This role is essential in delivering top-tier training on behalf of the Global Learning Solutions department. We are in search of a skilled trainer with exceptional capabilities in conducting both virtual and in-person training sessions on a variety of subjects related to mental health and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding training and facilitation skills, along with a solid understanding of mental health, support mechanisms, and wellbeing strategies to create training materials on diverse topics and generate innovative ideas for new training initiatives. Proficiency in both English and French is crucial, as the candidate will be expected to confidently deliver high-quality training sessions in both languages. Additionally, candidates should be able to consult with clients regarding their training requirements and propose suitable training interventions aligned with their goals and environments.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop content on various subjects to enhance our global learning offerings, including standard catalog topics, promotional webinars, and professional development sessions.
  • Engage with clients to assess customized training needs and formulate proposals tailored to their specifications.
  • Collaborate with other members of the GLS team to ensure seamless delivery from the client's perspective.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions on a range of mental health and wellness topics.
  • Conduct both standard and customized training sessions.
  • Identify and select suitable trainers to meet client training requests.
  • Coordinate training logistics with trainers and account managers.
  • Provide a summary of training outcomes to the account manager post-session.
  • Host online webinars or record sessions as per client requests.
  • Work with local trainers to ensure effective localization of training.
  • Ensure compliance with the WPO Translation Policy for presentation materials.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on available training programs and orientations.
  • Manage tailored learning projects as part of WPO's promotional initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in psychology or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and French.
  • Experience in the mental health sector.
  • Flexibility to accommodate various time zones.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technological proficiency – capable of delivering training across different platforms and utilizing various training tools to enhance interactivity. Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, and eLearning/LMS systems is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sensitivity to working with individuals from diverse linguistic backgrounds and varying levels of English proficiency.
