About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Delivery Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our meal kits to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meal kits.
  • Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve any delivery issues or concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery operations.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, operations management).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Google Suite and other software applications.
  • Fluency in both English and French (bilingualism is a requirement for this role).
