Claims Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Claims Support Professional to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch claims support and processing tasks within compliance timelines.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in a clinical setting or front-line customer service position, with at least 3 years of experience working with various systems. They should possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
In this role, you will ensure accurate payments are issued on time and maintain all electronic and paper filing to enable seamless file access. You will work closely with Claims Adjusters to set up new claims and deliver quality and efficient claims support.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and find effective solutions to complex problems
- Meet tight deadlines and process large amounts of information efficiently
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks with ease
- Provide exceptional customer experiences
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance-focused program or related field
- Working towards the CIP designation is an asset
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
