Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Claims Examiner. As a Claims Examiner, you will play a critical role in reviewing and processing insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions for our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and French, with experience in administration and a passion for helping people. You will work Monday to Friday, with a flexible 8-hour shift between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm EST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Analyze and investigate complex claims to determine coverage and liability.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in administration, with experience in claims processing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
