As a Senior Injury Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in our mission by helping clients navigate the complex process of making injury claims.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a strong background in personal injury law to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Ontario's laws and regulations related to injury claims and will be able to effectively communicate this information to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client cases and determine the best course of action for each individual
  • Conduct thorough investigations into client claims and gather all relevant evidence
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently
  • Provide expert advice to clients on their rights and options under Ontario's laws

Requirements

  • L.L.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school
  • At least 10 years of experience practicing personal injury law in Ontario
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario's laws and regulations related to injury claims
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
