About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Retail Partnerships and Growth to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our retail partnerships strategy, driving business growth, and leading a team of partnership managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Retail Partnerships Strategy: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key retailers, develop and execute partnership plans, and drive business growth through these partnerships.
  • Lead Partnership Management Team: Manage a team of partnership managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive business growth through partnerships, including identifying new revenue streams and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership plans.
  • Measure and Report Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and report on performance to leadership.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in retail partnerships, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of partnership managers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the retail industry and ability to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
